We’ve heard your concerns regarding the increase of the Council Program Fee to $60 and the impact it may have on new families joining during Fall recruitment. To make Scouting more accessible, families—both new and renewing—will now have the option to pay the fee all at once or in smaller increments throughout the year. The total must be paid in full by December 31, 2025.

While it was a difficult decision to raise the fee from $20 to $60, it was necessary to sustain and improve Camp V-Bar, ensuring it remains a premier, well-maintained camping facility for all our Scouts. Program fees will continue to directly support improvements at Camp V-Bar.

For your convenience, payments can be made online below, making it easier to keep accurate records, avoid missed payments, and reduce additional administrative work.

We want more youth to join Scouting and experience the benefits of Camp V-Bar, and this fee structure helps make that possible.
